What an incredible four days! For the second year running, I had the pleasure of hosting the main stage at This Morning Live held at the Birmingham NEC, working alongside daytime presenters Phillip Schofield, Holly Willoughby, Ruth Lansgford and Eamonn Holmes! This is one of my favourite live events in the calendar as we always have such a great time.

Would you believe that we¬†welcomed over 30,000 people over four consecutive days?! From presenting fabulous fashion items on-stage with Lisa Snowdon and Rochelle Humes, to demonstrating how to deliver life-saving CPR with Dr Ranj. There was never a dull moment, while shoppers from all over the country watched our demonstrations in between shopping and pampering themselves! If you’re looking for a fun day out with the girlies, this is an event for you.

As an experienced live events presenter, it was really fun to also get involved in some of the items, such as wine tasting and eating some of the delicious food cooked by legendary TV chefs, John Torode and Phil Vickery.

We also had lots of fun talking all things showbiz with Rylan who shared his journey to success as well as giving away tonnes of competition prizes with Love Island’s Jack Fincham. Plus Make-up artist to the stars, Bryony Blake was on hand to give us girlies some fantastic beauty tips and tricks.

And did I mention, just how lovely Ruth and Eamonn are? Always making time to say hi to everyone and have a cheeky selfie with fans. One of my favourite moments from this year, had to be dancing with the audience while practising helpful exercises to support women going through the menopause. It was a lovely moment of togetherness and sisterhood, plus dancing was a lot of fun!

As the saying goes… love what you do, do what you love! And boy, did I love working at This Morning Live. See you next year!
